Day 1: Mandalay Arrival & Sagaing - Ava - Amarapura - Mandalay

Overnight :
• Arrive at Mandalay, meeting and assistance at Mandalay International Airport.
• Then, start your sightseeing with Sagaing, a town at the foot of Sagaing Hills, dotted with hundreds of pagodas, monasteries and nunneries quarters.
• Drive to Sagaing and visit Soon Oo Ponya Shin Pagoda, perched on the highest hill which offers panoramic views of the valleys and wide Ayeyarwady River.
• Then, visit U Min Thonze (Hall of thirty Buddhas).
• Continue to Inwa (Ava) by boat. Inwa was founded in 1364 and served as capital of Burmese Kingdom for nearly 400 years. Inwa’s finest attraction to visit is the teak Bagaya Monastery which dates from 1834. The 90ft high masonry watchtower Nan myint, the leaning tower of Inwa is all that remains of King Bagyidaw’s palace.
• Visit Maha Aungmye Bonzan also known as Me Nu Ok Kyaung, the brick structure built in 1818 is same style as common teak monasteries.
• Enjoy your lunch at local restaurant.
• Proceed to Amarapura, capital before Mandalay for visiting silk weaving industry cottages.
• Visit Amarapura Mahagandayone monastery where over thousands of monks are dwelling.
• Proceed to U Bein Bridge, 1.6km long wooden bridge said to be the longest teak bridge in the world, built over 150 years. The bridge links Amarapura with an island in the middle of Lake Taungthaman, an intermittent body of water which dries up during winter.
• Transfer to Mandalay; check in to your hotel and relax at your room.
• For the evening, visit MahamuniGolden Buddha Image, bronze casting and marble stone cutting craftsmen quarters and gold leaf beaters.
• Enjoy your dinner at local restaurant.
• Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 2: Mandalay - Mingun (By Boat) & Mandalay Sightseeing

Overnight :
• Breakfast at hotel.
• Drive to jetty. Take a boat trip about 1 hrto Mingun, located on the western bank of the Ayeyarwady River.
• Arrive at Mingun and visit huge unfinished Mingun Pagoda built between 1790 and 1797 which was split by earthquake in 1838. It is possibly the world's largest pile of bricks.
• Visit World’s largest working bell of 87 tons cast in 1808 by Bodawpaya and MyaThein Tan pagoda an image of Sulamani Pagoda at the peak of Mount Meru in Tavatimsa plane of nats.
• Back to Mandalay by boat.
• Lunch at local restaurant.
• Visit Ku ThoDaw Pagoda also known as world's largest book, surrounded by 729 marble slabs inscribed with Buddhist scriptures. It was built by King Mindon in 1857, modeled on the Shwezigon Pagoda at Nyaung U.
• Proceed to Golden Palace Monastery, which was once part of the palace complex where King Mindon lived.
• Evening view the sunset from Mandalay Hill.
• Enjoy your dinner at local restaurant.
• Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 3: Mandalay - Bagan (By Day Cruise)

Overnight :
• Breakfast at hotel.
• After breakfast, check out from the hotel & transfer to the Jetty to board river cruise to Bagan.
• The embarkation time of the cruise is 07:00AMand cast off from Mandalay to Bagan.
• Cruise will take in the natural beauty of Irrawaddy, and explore the fascinating scene of Mt.Sagaing, Pakokku, Myaingyan, Bagan and other well-known cities.
• On the way to Bagan, visit a typical village on the Ayeyarwaddy River Bank.
• Cast off from the village and proceed along the river.Lunch on board.
• Arrive at Bagan in the evening.
If time permits, enjoy sunset at the pagoda on the way to hotel.
• Transfer to hotel for check in.
• Dinner at local restaurant with traditional puppet show.
• Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 4: Bagan Fullday Sightseeing

Overnight :
• Breakfast at hotel.
• Start for highlight sightseeing in Bagan.
Choice will be made out of the 2800 pagodas and temples to visit the most interesting ones like:
• Eg>>>Visit Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawratha but not completed until the reign of Kyansitthar.
• KyansitharUmin, long dimly lit corridors decorated with frescoes.
• Htilominlo Temple, 150ft high temple with fine plaster carvings, glazed sandstone decorations in the base.
• Ananda Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Bagan built by King Kyansitthar.
• Visit Thatbyinnyu Temple, tallest in Bagan built by King AlaungSitthu,
• MyinkabaGuByaukGyi Temple with mural paintings, then to Manuha Temple which houses four immense Buddha images, Myinkabalacquerware village to see the manufacturing stages.
• View the sunset from Shwesandaw Pagoda.
• Enjoy your lunch and dinner at the local restaurant.
• Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 5: Bagan - Mt.Popa - Bagan & Bagan - Yangon (By Night Bus)

Overnight :
• Breakfast at hotel.
• Start for trip to Mt. Popa about 30 miles (50km) from Bagan.
PopaTaung Kalut is 2417ft (737m) standing apart from higher forested mountain, looks like a tower. The mountain was shaped out of a volcano that may have erupted some 250000 years ago. The 25 minutes climb steep and stiff. It gets cooler as you get higher and views are fantastic.
• Lunch at local restaurant.
• On the way, visit jaggery (palm sugar) production huts.
• Then return back to hotel in Bagan and relax at the hotel.
• Then check out of your hotel and transfer to the Bus Station.
• On the way, visit Dhamayangyi Temple, huge brick red temple built by King Narathu,
• Sulamani Temple a beautiful majestic structure built by King NarapatiSithu.
• Take night bus from Bagan to Yangon.
• Overnight on the bus.

Day 6: Yangon Arrival - Fullday Sightseeing

Overnight :
• Arrival Yangon by night bus in the early morning.
• Breakfast at the local tea shop.
If early check-in is available, transfer to your hotel and check in.
Relax at your room.
• Start the sightseeing in Yangon with photo stop near Sule Pagoda &Mahabandoola Public Park, located in down town to study Yangon Colonial style buildings.
• Then, visit Botahtaung Pagoda. The original one was destroyed by bombing during World War II and a replica built in the place. Relics excavated from the treasure chamber were re-enshrined. This is the only pagoda where one can walk along a spiraling corridor.
• Proceed to Chaukhtetgyi Reclining Buddha Image which is 230ft (70 m) long in the pose of rest, the head is lifted up by the right arm bent at the elbow.
• Lunch at local restaurant.
• Evening, visit Shwedagon Pagoda.
Shwedagon Pagoda rises 326ft (99.3m) above its base. Erected more than 2500 years ago and enshrining eight hairs of Buddha placed in a treasure chamber deep under its base. It is the highest symbol of the people's devotion to Buddha.
• Enjoy your dinner at local restaurant.
• Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 7: Yangon Departure

Overnight :
• Breakfast at hotel.
• Drive forBogyokeAung San Market (Scott Market) closed on Monday and gazatted holidays.
• Take a short drive to visit China town market. Walk on the busy streets of downtown.
• Free relax and leisure till departure.
• Transfer to the Yangon International Airport to board for your departure flight.
